Text is read from the image directly on your device. The photo is never uploaded anywhere.
Patient name, date of birth, SSN, insurance IDs, and address are removed before anything leaves your phone.
Clinic phone numbers, doctor names, appointment dates, and medication details are kept so we can explain them.
Open the app and use it. We don't know who you are, and we don't want to.
Our server is a stateless pass-through. It forwards redacted text and returns the answer. Nothing is saved.
The app shows you exactly what personal information was removed, so you always know what was sent.
We never know your name, age, birthday, or any identifying information. We only see the medical content needed to help you understand your discharge.
