How it works

  1. Snap a photo. Take a picture of your discharge paperwork, or choose a file from your phone.
  2. Your identity is stripped. Your name, date of birth, SSN, and personal details are removed on your phone before anything is sent.
  3. Get your summary. Your diagnosis, medications, warning signs, and follow-up explained in plain language you can understand. Then ask questions — the answers come from your own paperwork.

Privacy is not a feature. It's the foundation.

We engineered this app so that even we can't see your personal information.

We never know your name, age, birthday, or any identifying information. We only see the medical content needed to help you understand your discharge.

Don't take our word for it. The app is open source, including the privacy test suite and its results — 4,400 of 4,400 planted identifiers caught across 15 languages. Details in the privacy policy.
